Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. If you are unhappy with any products, please contact us first to see what we can do to help. Please contact us on laura@garaandjonay.co.uk to arrange a replacement if an item is faulty.
You have a right to return within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons earrings are non-returnable.
Can I cancel my order?
You can contact us at laura@garaandjonay.co.uk within four hours of placing your order to cancel for any reason and a refund will be issued. This may take 3-5 days to return payment to your method of payment.
Where do you ship to?
We now ship worldwide excluding European Union Countries, Northern Ireland and USA.
From 13 December 2024, GSPR regulations now means that all UK businesses selling to the EU and Northern Ireland will need to designate a responsible person located in the EU who will:
- be a point of contact for customers
- liaise with regulatory bodies
As a small business, this is a service we cannot afford therefore we are unable to trade with Eu countries and Northern Ireland unfortunately.
In regards to the USA, goods entering the USA from any country, from the 29th of August 2025 will be subject to tariffs (duties) which are payable to US customs. We are looking at how to apply this to our store but at the moment we have paused shipping to the USA until we can find a solution. Please see the Royal Mail link for further details.
