You have a right to return within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons earrings are non-returnable.

You can contact us at laura@garaandjonay.co.uk within four hours of placing your order to cancel for any reason and a refund will be issued. This may take 3-5 days to return payment to your method of payment.

We now ship worldwide excluding USA.

In regards to the USA, goods entering the USA from any country, from the 29th of August 2025 will be subject to tariffs (duties) which are payable to US customs. We are looking at how to apply this to our store but at the moment we have paused shipping to the USA until we can find a solution. Please see the Royal Mail link for further details.

I dispatch twice a week, so please bare this in mind when you are ordering. I operate this business myself and as I use Royal Mail as a shipping service, the delivery office is only open 8am-10am daily.

If you require an item by a certain date, please email me on laura@garaandjonay.co.uk and it can be arranged (further postage fees may be incurred).

All mail in UK is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Free Shipping for Cards & Air Fresheners (UK Only) will be sent second class standard.

All mail to the Rest of the World is sent via Royal Mail International

We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United Kingdom. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply to the shipment of any products to your country. By law, we are obligated to report the exact amount of the sale on the customs form. The only exception to this are any lucky dip/lucky bag related items, as we cannot guarantee these will not include older stock which are not hypoallergenic.

Any items which are personalised will take 2-3 days to make (subject to change depending on order volumes)

Some of our items are made to order and can take 2-3 days to make depending on order volumes. If an item is made to order it is described within the product information section of each product

Any issues with payments when using Clearpay and Klarna, you must contact them as we are not responsible for the contract you have with them.
