Q. Where do you ship to?
A. We now ship worldwide :)
Q. How much is delivery?
A. UK Delivery options have changed. We lost a lot of money due to Royal Mail strikes, so we will no longer offer standard shipping. All orders will be sent Tracked. Prices are now:
- £2.99 Tracked 48
- Free Delivery on orders over £35 (tracked 48)
Please note this does not mean orders will be with you the next day or 48 hours later. Please see below for dispatch times. This is only the method of shipping once it is dispatched.
Delivery Options to Ireland and EU Countries are
- £9.99 International Tracked
Deliveries options to the rest of the world are:
- £11.99 International Tracked
Q. How often do you ship?
So this is a small business run by one person. I also work full time. I have had to limit the days that I post now as it is too much juggling work and orders and trying to have some what of a personal life. We are now limiting dispatch days to 2 a week, so please bare this in mind when you are ordering. If you require an item by a certain date, please email me on laura@garaandjonay.co.uk and it can be arranged (further postage fees may be occurred).
Q. Where can I find my tracking information?
A. A tracking number will be provided, in your dispatch email
Q. What postal service do you use?
A. All mail in UK is sent via Royal Mail
All mail to Europe and Rest of the World is sent via Royal Mail International
Q. Are there tariffs/customs charges/VAT charges for orders out with the UK?
A. We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United Kingdom. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply to the shipment of any products to your country. By law, we are obligated to report the exact amount of the sale on the customs form. As a customer, it is your responsibility to comply with International, National or local laws regulating importation of products that you may purchase. You will be responsible for the entire package cost if it is seized and we do not get it back.
Returns FAQs
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. You can contact us at laura@garaandjonay.co.uk within four hours of placing your order to cancel for any reason and a refund will be issued. This may take 3-5 days to return payment to your method of payment.
Q. How can I return an item?
A. You have a right to return within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons earrings are non-returnable. If you are unhappy with any products, please contact us first to see what we can do to help. Please contact us on laura@garaandjonay.co.uk to arrange a replacement if an item is faulty.
